TRENDY GALLERY cordially invites you to the latest solo art exhibition by Pex – Pitakpong Jamesripong. We are ready to walk down memory lane with you to the fun times of childhood once again under the inspiration of “Playground”. In addition to its being an area full of toys for children to play independently, the playground is also like a space for thought, imagination, and unlimited fun.
In this exhibition, Pex has introduced his personal character, Mari, the cute Little Red Riding Hood, to tell the story of fun in a traditional way and turn it into an impressive work of art. And he has also invented a technique different from the previous series, which is to use the Magic Pen according to the concept that most children like to use it to draw pictures or write messages to convey their imagination or ideas. The artist’s canvas has become a playground for him to experiment with different techniques to create fun and excitement, much like returning to being a child again. And in addition to the paintings and sculptures to be displayed for everyone to enjoy, the artist also brings a sketchbook that is like a personal diary that records his thoughts and feelings at different times, and he is now showcasing them as paintings for everyone to see as well.
