Guidelines for Online Lucky Draw Product Purchase:
1. To participate the raffle, please register or log in through www.trendygallery.co.th
2. Ensure that you provide all necessary information, including your full name, address, phone number, and email.
3. Click on “JOIN RAFFLE” . The registration is open from 16th November 2024 at 12.00 PM until 17th November 2024 at 12.00 PM (Bangkok Time)
4. Once you’ve submitted and confirmed your information, please note that you won’t be able to cancel your participation or request any changes, regardless of the circumstances.
5. Since the products are available in limited quantities, each person are permitted to register for only one item.
6. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email from our company.
7. The announcement of the selected individuals who can purchase the product will be made on 17th November 2024 at 4.00 PM (Bangkok Time)
8. Those eligible to purchase the product will receive a payment confirmation email. Kindly complete the payment within 1 hour of receiving the email. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without prior notice, as per Trendy Gallery’s policy.
9. In case there are any forfeits, the announcement of selected individuals eligible for the second round will be made on 17th November 2024 at 6.00 PM (Bangkok Time)
10. Product deliveries will commence within 7 days after the payment.
11. Please note that this activity is governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the “Terms and Acceptance” section. The company’s decision shall be deemed final and binding in all circumstances.

- เมื่อทำการสั่งซื้อเสร็จสิ้น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินในทุกกรณี รวมถึงรายละเอียดในการจัดส่งจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ โปรดตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของชื่อและที่อยู่ของท่านให้เรียบร้อยก่อนชำระเงิน
- หากไม่ชำระเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกรายการสั่งซื้อ
- ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจำกัด ลดปริมาณ หรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ ในกรณีที่ค้นพบการกระทำทุจริตหรือผิดกฎหมายอื่นใดที่บังคับใช้อยู่ โดยขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของบริษัทแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
- สำหรับสินค้าบางรายการ ซึ่งต้องใช้เวลาในการผลิตเพื่อชิ้นงานศิลปะที่ดีที่สุด บริษัทไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ว่าจะสามารถดำเนินการจัดส่งได้ภายในกรอบเวลาที่กำหนด อาจเกิดการตคลาดเคลื่อนอันเนื่องมาจากกระบวนการผลิต ซึ่งบริษัทจะแจ้งให้ทุกท่านทราบหากเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัยเช่นนั้น โดยขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินในทุกกรณี
- กล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ / กล่องด้านนอกของผลิตภัณฑ์ ใช้สำหรับป้องกันเท่านั้น รอยบุบหรือรอยขีดข่วนบนกล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เกิดจากสาเหตุใด ๆ จะไม่รวมอยู่ความเสียหาย และไม่ถือเป็นการยกเลิกธุรกรรม
- ค่าขนส่งจะถูกคำนวณตามระยะทางและน้ำหนักของสินค้า และจะถูกแจ้งให้ทราบก่อนการชำระเงิน แนะนำให้ตรวจสอบสินค้าเมื่อได้รับทันที หากท่านพบปัญหาใด ๆ สามารถติดต่อทางบริษัทเพื่อพิจารณาได้ภายใน 10 วัน หลังได้รับสินค้า
- หลังจากได้รับอีเมล Complete การสั่งซื้อ หากยังไม่ได้สินค้า กรุณาติดต่อภายใน 7 วัน เพื่อไม่ให้สินค้านั้นตกหล่น
