Trendy Gallery is thrilled to roll out “Starfy Universe”, the debut art exhibition by Korean artist Lee Yeonwoo, the mastermind behind the beloved character Starfy. Known for bringing toy art to life, Lee is now stepping up his game with sculptures and paintings that offer a deeper glimpse into Starfy’s inner world. This marks the first time the character is being presented in this way, and Bangkok has been chosen as a special stop on his new path. The journey is full of emotion and fresh beginnings, and he’s eager to kick off an exciting new chapter packed with wonder and meaningful connections.

Starfy, a creature born from the stars in the artist’s imagination, drifts freely across the universe, going wherever the wind takes it. With a spirit of its own, Starfy can shift its shape depending on the mood and energy around it. Each time it looks up at the glowing stars in the night sky, it starts to wonder. Could those constellations be its true home? Or perhaps the real home lies within, in what the artist calls Starfy’s very own universe.
